Useful information for your booking:

• Prices: all prices quoted include VAT per person/day, excluding local tax. Children up to 18 years of age are exempt from local tax.
• ON booking your room, you will receive written confirmation
• Check in 2pm – 6pm / Check out until 11am
• Late check out possible subject to availability and surcharge
• Please inform us about late arrivals after 6pm – you will receive a code for a key box
• By arrangement, dogs are allowed in the hotel, price € 15,- per dog/night without food. Dogs are not allowed in the wellness area, in the restaurant area (except terrace) and at the beach
• Accommodation in a specific room or on a specific floor cannot be guaranteed. Upgrades are possible on availability.
• Please inform us about food intolerances or allergies at the time of booking
• Rental of bicycles, e-bikes, stand up paddles and golf carts available for a fee at the reception
